The result is the MSP 501: a list regarded throughout the industry as the definitive benchmark for the strongest, best-run managed service providers worldwide.
What “MSP to Watch” recognises
Alongside the main 501, Channel Futures publishes its MSPs to Watch list — reserved for smaller providers that fall below the revenue threshold to qualify for the 501, yet stand out for their potential and momentum. To be included, a company must:
- generate the majority of its revenue from managed services rather than one-off project work;
- perform strongly on recurring revenue as a proportion of its total income; and
- demonstrate compelling growth forecasts for the year ahead.
In short, it identifies the providers Channel Futures expects to break into the full MSP 501 in the years to come. That’s the company we’re proud to keep, and the direction we’re firmly set on.
