We’re delighted to share that Snap IT has been named to the 2026 MSPs to Watch list by MSP Summit (part of Informa Channels, the team behind the MSP 501 — the longest-running and most widely recognised ranking of managed service providers in the world). And this one is special: it’s the third year running we’ve earned a place, after making the list in 2024 and again in 2025.
This year the programme has been notably strengthened and elevated, recognising 130 exceptional managed service providers from around the world that demonstrate world-class operational performance and strategic vision. To be among them three years in a row is a genuine endorsement of the way we run our business — and of the team that makes it work.
What the MSPs to Watch list recognises
MSPs to Watch identifies the fastest-growing channel partners in managed services — organisations that combine operational excellence with innovation and agility. As part of the MSP 501 programme, every company is put through the same rigorous, proprietary methodology, assessed on hard data rather than opinion:
- revenue mix quality — how much of the business comes from genuine managed services;
- recurring revenue as a percentage of total income;
- revenue-per-employee efficiency; and
- year-over-year growth performance.
The designation validates that an organisation has a sound business model, efficient operations and a strategy aligned with where the industry is heading — increasingly, an AI-driven channel where managed providers use new technology to deliver world-class support, help desk, consulting and IT services.
“MSPs to Watch celebrates managed service providers positioned at the forefront of industry transformation. They represent the future of managed services — agile, innovative organisations that are redefining what’s possible in an AI-driven channel. The operational excellence and strategic vision they demonstrate today positions them as the industry leaders of tomorrow.” — Dave Raffo, MSP Content Editor at MSP Summit
What this means for our clients
An independent, data-driven recognition like this is a signal to customers, partners and the wider market that a provider has been validated against industry-leading benchmarks. But it only matters because of what sits behind it. The very measures that earned our place — recurring, well-run services, efficiency and sustainable growth — are exactly what let us keep investing in the things our clients rely on every day:
- a responsive, UK-based helpdesk that genuinely understands your environment;
- proactive security and monitoring that prevents problems rather than simply reacting to them; and
- the reassurance of partnering with a stable, growing provider built for the long term.
To every client who trusts us with their IT and security: thank you. This recognition is, above all, a reflection of that trust.
“The MSPs to Watch list is a declaration of companies that have mastered the fundamentals of the MSP business model and are executing at the highest levels of operational excellence. These are the organisations that represent the future of our industry — building businesses for sustainable growth, combining agility and innovation with operational discipline.” — Robert DeMarzo, Content Leader, Informa Channels
Recognition on the world stage
The 2026 honourees are featured on the MSP Summit website, in industry newsletters and across social media — and will be celebrated in person at the MSP Summit on 28–30 September at the Loews Royal Pacific in Orlando, Florida. For a Norfolk-based managed service provider to stand alongside 130 of the best-run MSPs in the world is something the whole team is proud of.
“Being named an MSP to Watch three years running is real credit to the whole team. We’ve always concentrated on doing the fundamentals exceptionally well for our clients, and to see that acknowledged on a list of this standing — three years in a row — means a great deal.” — Alex Harvey, CEO & Founder at Snap IT
Looking ahead
Three years on the list is something we’re genuinely proud of — but we’re every bit as focused on what comes next: keeping up the momentum, continuing to grow our recurring services, and pushing towards a place on the full MSP 501 itself. Our thanks go to MSP Summit for the recognition, and to our clients and team for making it possible.
